Asian Cuisine Deli Cook

Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is requiredCulinary training is preferred
Experience & Requirements:Prior experience cooking Asian dishes, prep cooking and pantry cooking
Must have experience grilling, broiling and sauteing
Must be capable of working on as many as 30 orders at one time
Must be able to effectively coordinate cooking times with coworkers
Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
Must be knowledgeable with food preparation and temperatures
Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
Additional Requirements:Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
