The role

Inato is looking for a Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll partner with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional peers to craft compelling and impactful stories about Inato's mission, product, unique perspective, and culture.

With the increasing importance of accessibility of clinical trials in the healthcare landscape, this is a unique opportunity to enhance Inato's narrative and recognition. You will tell impactful stories through owned and earned media channels, growing Inato's brand awareness and driving business growth.

You will be part of our Marketing & Communications team, working closely with senior leaders across different business verticals as well as teammates in Sales, Strategy, Product, and People teams.

This role reports directly to our VP of Marketing & Communications.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive communications campaigns to support Inato's and position Inato as a market leader.Partner with leaders to amplify company milestones, product launches, and share expert insights. You will be a trusted storytelling partner to drive holistic communications and content strategies across channels, including media, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and owned content (such as blogs and newsletters).Own our Inato LinkedIn strategy and content development, as well as our social strategy and content for executive leadership.Develop messaging, press materials, and other supporting documents such as executive briefing books and FAQs.Explore and pursue thought leadership opportunities for Inato and its senior leaders, such as awards and speaking opportunities.Support internal communications programs such as All-Hands and company-wide communications to align with external messaging and strategy. Requirements5-7 years of communications, content, and/or journalism experience.Proven track record of devising and executing effective communications campaigns to support company milestones, product launches, and thought leadership for senior leaders.Excellent verbal communicator with superb written skills, attention to detail, and experience collaborating with executives.A deep understanding of what makes a compelling narrative - both externally and internally - and how to leverage the right owned or earned media channels to shape that narrative.Based in the Eastern time zone as this role will work closely with our mostly NYC-based marketing team.Our benefitsRemote-first philosophy & flexible hours6 weeks vacation9 holidays + 4 floating holidays16 weeks of paid maternity leaveComprehensive health insuranceCompetitive salary & equityWhy Inato?
