Mixer

Our client is currently recruiting for a Mixer at their Bakery in Van Nuys,CA. This large commercial bakery makes bread and pastries for McDonalds, Panera and Starbucks. Responsibilities

The batch mixer and ingredient preparer are responsible for scaling out ingredients accurately
according to product recipe specifications. Responsibilities include moving heavy bags of raw
ingredients (sugar, flour, flavoring), assisting mixing machine operators, preparing dough for baking,
and packaging finished baked goods. Training and opportunities to learn new skills are provided..

The essential functions of this role include:
