As we continue to expand and double in size over the next 5 years, we need new team members to join us on this exciting journey. The DoD SkillBridge program plays a vital role in helping us achieve our growth objectives.

Our 4-6 month program is tailored to each participant, providing access to various departments within our organization. Supported by our team of Military Affairs Specialists and mentors, you will embark on a journey of personal and professional growth. We are dedicated to offering the best SkillBridge program nationwide, investing resources to ensure your success.

Available Departments to Explore:
  • Revenue - Exciting roles in sales and marketing with high earning potential and exposure to top-tier leadership.
  • Operations - Project management positions focused on delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • Craftsman Academy - Specialized training for transitioning service members to lead installation teams.
Compensation and Benefits:

We aim to transition all participants to full-time roles with starting salaries ranging from $50,000 to $80,000. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is provided to recognize your dedication during the program. Compensation details will be discussed in further detail based on the department of interest.
