Hours and Compensation Potential:

  • Full time position.
  • Compensation ranges from $51K to $75K depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package included.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a mental health field such as counseling, social work, or music therapy.
  • License, registration, and/or certification appropriate to the field.
  • Knowledge of DSM-V diagnosis.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct therapy assessments and provide group and individual therapy to inpatient psychiatric patients of all ages.
  • Complete documentation accurately and within specified time frames.
  • Cross train as appropriate and contribute to various department needs.
  • Assess patient strengths and needs, delegating tasks to Mental Health Technicians as necessary.
  • Participate in outpatient behavioral health services and conduct group therapy sessions.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi disciplinary treatment team.
