Office Clerk (OIADMIN)

A busy car dealership in Kailua-Kona is seeking an Office Clerk for their service department. In this role you will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers with inquiries.

Qualified candidates will have 1 year of office experience and possess excellent customer service skills.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location
Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay
$20 an hour

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Assist with service department inquiries.
  • Input customer information into the system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of office/admin experience.
  • Previous data entry and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and data entry skills.
  • Motivated, hardworking, and dependable.
