As an Instructional Coach, you will:

  • Ensure implementation of Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.
  • Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
  • Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.
Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field highly required; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor's degree
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly required
  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required

Compensation Range: $67,750 / annually

The range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
