SummaryAbout the Position: This position is with the Army Reserve Aviation Command, Aviation Support Facility Clearwater East located at Clearwater, Florida.
Duties
- Operates as Pilot in Command of heavy single or multi-engine airplanes and/or single and multi-engine helicopters
- Assist Aviation Support Facility supervisors in all phases of operation
- Establish and maintain a flight program for the Army Reserve Aviation Command
- Provides aircraft qualification training to newly assigned pilots and maintains individual aircrew training records.
- Instruct and evaluate rated pilots in basic and advanced flight procedures and maneuvers
- Responsible for managing safety programs
- Monitor flight and ground operations for unsafe practices and procedures
- Resolve conflicts that arise to accomplish mission
