Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Wood Fabricator for our client based in Witham on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and be able to deal with a fast-changing working environment.

This is the ideal role for a candidate who is looking to; grow their skills and work on some incredibly exciting and rewarding jobs.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drilling products
  • Cutting timber/wood
  • Loading machines
  • Ensuring maximum accuracy when manufacturing parts and products
  • General workshop duties
  • Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.
  • Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
  • Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
  • Maintaining a production schedule.
  • Adhering to assembly safety standards.
  • Operating various wood machines Knowledge and Skills:
  • Previous wood machining experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong practical skills
  • Machine operating experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday. In return our client offers a negotiable salary depending on experience and skill set.
