• Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US.

• Owning the relevant modern development events with the Cognizant and the client's Product and Technical teams.
• Partnering and supporting the product owner to guide the POD or team to success and improve value of the product
• Being the mentor and driver of the requisite ALM tool for the POD or team
• Guiding the team from legacy process to a Modern Development Process, Lean attitude, behavior and framework for building value
• Optimizing how the different roles interact with each other to improve efficiency

• 8+ years' experience with at least 3 years development experience in Agile Projects or Product development work
• Agile Certifications such as CSM or PSM or SAFe SM – At least one Scrum Certification required from Scrum Alliance, , or SAFe
• Understanding of all elements of the software development process, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management with industry standard frameworks like Scrum, Kanban and XP.
• Experience crafting and implementing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.
• Experience with continuous integration and test-driven development/design practices.
• Experience with Visualization tools, ex: Business Process Management tools, Miro & Visio.
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle management tools.
• Experience with test automation techniques and tools.
• Ability to coordinate, moderate and demonstrate added Agile principles and practices to a team.
• Strong leadership and organization skills with superb communication (written and verbal), time management, product planning, people and team building skills.
• Ability to bring disclosure and transparency to the business grow business trust.
• Exposure to delivering value into PROD using MVP tests, validated learning with Digital engineering tool chains
