  • Pain management techniques including Postop epidural, Postop extremity blocks
  • Use of xray guidance in performance of blocks
  • Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
  • Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement

Additional Information

  • This role involves working in the Hospital OR and the Outpatient Surgery Center.
  • 16+ rooms are available for a variety of cases including Mac, General Anesthesia, and both Emergent and elective cases.
  • Intubation and IV Placement are common procedures.
  • Operates under a supervision model with Drager Anesthesia Machines and Omnicell medication dispensing systems.
  • The schedule is variable, generally Sunday
  • Saturday 7a 5p, with inhouse call and beepercall.
