Job Summary

Our Bakery Department is responsible for all bread and pastry production while meeting company quality standards.

Baker Assistant Roles:

• -Bread and pastry preparation
• -Quality control
• -Monitoring baked goods on display and restocking them as needed
• -Managing inventory of ingredients and culinary supplies
• -Tracking ingredient expiration dates and ensuring food safety

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
• Have excellent time management skills and must be able to prioritize.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, paying attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to follow and adhere to recipes.
• Must be able to work in different temperature environments
• Must be able to work Early shifts/night shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet company needs.
• Certification in Safe Food Handling required upon hire.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Other duties as assigned.
