Requirements to be successful in this role:

Prior Food Service experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment
Must be able to work 6 AM-11 AM
Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
A genuine passion for the culinary arts, food, and beverage, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service even during peak dining hour
Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
Marriott brand experience is beneficial
