This position performs administration and support for CyberArk deployment as well as other related systems or technologies required to sustain and maintain capabilities of the services.

Candidate Qualifications:


• Experience with administrating a CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault-deployment and detailed knowledge of the following CyberArk components confirmed by related work experience.


• Experience in developing and following processes, templates, instructions, and progress measurements.


• Experience with Windows and Linux servers and their administration


• Basic networking experience


• Understanding of password management techniques and methods

CyberArk Engineer

Preferred Qualifications:


• Active learning via Continuing education courses/technical seminars.


• Minimum of 5 years of IT Infrastructure and/or Information Security is preferred.


• Understanding of Unix & Windows operating systems is required.


• BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience required.

Job Description

CyberArk is the tool of choice. The tool is considered implemented and the main focus will be to integrate the tool in to all of the other systems across the enterprise. They are seeking a resource to help with all administrative tasks related to CyberArk specifically. There is long term opportunity for this individual to join the DDMI environment as there are other tools and initiatives that need support within the IAM team.

Day to day: fully taking over administration tasks for CyberArk, as they grow the tools functionality and capabilities. This person will work closely with the business units to make sure they have a criteria to migrate their accounts in to CyberArk.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement service offerings from the CyberArk Privileged Access Security suite of products. Focusing on expanding the capabilities across the enterprise to integrate with multiple ranges of platforms, operating systems and applications

2. Experience with Conjur

3. Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows and UNIX servers, Databases and Networking devices

4. Provide escalated support for technical problems and participate in annual DR exercises

5. Maintain, configure, troubleshoot CyberArk platform and policies

6. Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk components to ensure consistent availability of system to end user and meet the SLAs

7. Identify opportunities and develop scripts to automate engineering tasks leveraging PACLI and REST API

8. Develop and customize connectors/plugins to various target applications

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:


• Position requires a bachelor's degree in information technology and five years' related system administrator experience with Identity and Access Management systems. A CISSP, CASP, CISA, or GSE certification is preferred but will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience


• Position requires intermediate knowledge in information security principles and practices, windows and Linux server administration with emphasis on authentication methods, expertise in Active Directory, LDAP, and E-Directory, Multi-factor, Single Sign On, and Certificate based authentication methods, PAM and credential management, understanding of incident and request management workflows as well as experience with the implementation of back / restore and disaster and recovery strategies


• Experience with one or more programing languages such as Java, Python, PowerShell, and Xpath is preferred


• Experience or knowledge with industry standard tools such as Vault, Secure Auth, NetIQ IDM, NetIQ eDirectory, Oracle and SQL Database Account management, SharePoint, and Ivanti is preferred


• In-depth knowledge with at least 3+ years of engineering experience working in CyberArk suite of privileged identity management solutions is preferre
