We are looking for individuals to support our kitchen staff team. Duties include helping cook and prep meals, dishes and other necessary items to support the delivery of breakfast, lunch and dinner to conference center guests. No experience necessary, simply a desire to learn and grow.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the Preparation and cooking meals for clients dietary restrictions
  • Wash and sanitize all used dishes
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Assist in maintaining a clean kitchen, sparkling dishware, and a tidy dining area

Other Job Duties:

  • Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaint/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Attention to detail
  • Customer oriented and friendly
  • Working quickly without compromising quality
  • Flexible Schedule including weekends
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Preferred knowledge of kitchen appliances, their operations and cooking methods
  • Proven willingness to learn

Requirements of the Position:

  • Ability to spend all day on your feet
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to navigate over uneven terrain
