Flight Paramedic

We are seeking a Flight Paramedic to join our team of air transport professionals. The role involves safely transporting patients to medical facilities and providing care at the scene. Our focus on safety and efficient patient care means you will work alongside a dedicated team committed to high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each flight promptly
• Conduct daily base checks, including narcotic count
• Provide advanced life support care from initial contact to handover at the medical facility
• Stay up-to-date with knowledge and skills through ongoing training
• Maintain documentation of licensure, certifications, and continuing education
• Ensure equipment and supplies are well-maintained
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, hospitals, and the public
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and debriefings
• Assist with liftoff checklist and Pilot tasks as necessary
• Adhere to safety standards before flight
• Provide aircraft safety briefings when needed
• Fill open shifts as required by Regional Director

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in ALS or critical care

Preferred Education:

• EMT-P license in relevant states
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required
• Advanced Certification (FP-C) preferred
• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS desired
• NREMT-P certification may be required
