Hiring for Customer Service Representatives in Gardena (6-week Assignment) $18-$20

We are currently seeking temporary call center representatives to support a project related to an academic scholarship program with a client in Gardena. The role involves tasks such as reviewing and processing applications, proofreading documents and transcripts, and engaging with applicants and internal teams through phone calls and email communications. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in a call center setting and must demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Job Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Review and process applications and incoming tickets from students, including transcript evaluation.
  • Accurately log student details and data into the system.
  • Handle a minimum of 90 tickets daily.
  • Perform various data entry responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of call center or phone-based customer service experience.
  • Background in admissions or finance is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data entry tasks.
  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
