About who needs care:
I currently have extremely limited ability to get around or stand. I primarily need help with housekeeping and shopping.

I have schedule flexibility, and imagine two visits a week to clear dishes, change bedding, shop for me at local markets and pharmacy.

Perhaps 9:30 a.m. start, to 11-11:30. I live independently and am clear minded.

Services needed include:
meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
