Job Duties

DevOps Engineers, for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Paducah, KY). Plan, develop, and implement software solutions to optimize and automate business and technical processes. Create proof-of-concept applications, pipelines, processes, and software deployments. Automate and optimize deployment of applications and infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud by interacting with management, product owners, developers, and engineers to determine what portions of their process can be automated or streamlined. Support and maintain on-prem and cloud environments and/or containers by helping to design, deploy, and securely maintain virtual environments that will ensure developers have an environment to help deploy their application stacks in using modern practices. Create extensible and modular software packages and templates which can be reused across the organization. Technical environment: Azure DevOps; Azure Cloud; Terraform; PowerShell; Kubernetes; Python; Bash.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technolgies, or related field plus three years of experience in software/systems engineering required.
