Regeneron is currently looking for a Lead Data Review Associate to join our Process Sciences Data Monitoring (PDM) Team . Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Lead Data Review Associates serve as liaisons to cross functional teams while ensuring the data integrity of documentation related to quality events and the manufacturing of those life changing products. They perform review, analysis, and verification of alpha and numeric data generated by several teams in our Process Sciences group.

As a Lead Data Review Associate a typical day might include the following:

Provides leadership and mentorship to employees in addition to their daily work activities.Delegates daily tasks and sets schedules of work for direct reports.Conducts 30/30s and provides feedback in a timely manner and builds effective relationships.Escalates issues as needed.Promotes the Regeneron Way and IOPs culture.Provide data integrity reviews for data associated with product impact assessments, technical evaluations, and scientific investigations.Coordinate data review assignments.Source GMP documents and data from multiple computer systems.Provide data gathering, verification, and maintenance of data sets.Performs statistical analysis of large and small data sets.
