My client is is a leading provider of advanced engineering solutions, known for our commitment to quality and innovation. They specialize in designing and manufacturing high-performance systems for a variety of industries, including aerospace, defense, and commercial sectors

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:

Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support.Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organisation.Support ISO and AS9100 internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.Coordinate and facilitate external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and customers.Utilize quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Quality Manager will have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or 5+ years of experience in related field 5+ years minimum of experience in Quality for ManufacturingSupervisory Experience Understanding of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Standards Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) would be very beneficial
