Job Description:

We're seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Glass Cleaners to join our team for seasonal part-time positions at SoFi Stadium. As a Commercial Glass Cleaner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of glass surfaces at the stadium, contributing to the success of major events and creating a memorable experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and treat glass surfaces using specialized cleaning equipment and solutions.
• Remove dirt, grime, fingerprints, and other debris from glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
• Perform routine inspections to identify areas in need of cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial glass cleaning or related field preferred.
• Exceptional physical and athletic condition (we will be moving non-stop for 8 hour shifts)
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and solutions used for treating glass surfaces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Clean-cut, healthy, and neat in your appearance
• You are okay with variable hours and being on-call (our schedule is determined on the number of events and is heavily seasonal and may fluctuate in number of available hours)

Benefits:

• Competitive pay starting at $18.50 per hour with room to grow.
• Uniforms provided.
• 8-hour days starting at 6 AM.
• Work on a per-event basis.
• Evaluation period from May 14th to May 16th, with potential for future work based on performance.
• Limited hours, suitable for those seeking part-time employment or college students.
