Spherion is currently seeking a skilled Engraver to join our team. The Engraver will be responsible for using various tools and equipment to engrave and personalize items. This position requires attention to detail and precision in creating high-quality engravings.

Working conditions:

-No chemicals used in polishing.

-Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4pm or 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

-No weekends.

-Team work.

-Creativeness.

Responsibilities:
*Operate engraving machines to inscribe text, logos, or designs onto various materials.
*Use hand tools and power tools to engrave or etch surfaces.
*Assemble and fabricate engraved components as needed.
*Maintain and calibrate engraving equipment for optimal performance.
*Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
*Collaborate with team members in a warehouse setting to fulfill orders efficiently.
*Personalizing mementos for loved ones whose family members or pets are no longer with them.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
-Previous experience in engraving or related fields is preferred but not required.
-Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical knowledge essential.
-Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
-Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
-Familiarity with assembling and fabricating engraved parts is beneficial.
-Use of 2 different lasers 02 (wood, fiber, metals) Use of UV Printer machine (prints on Boxes, color) preferred but not required.

Qualifications:
*Knowing the ins and outs of Illustrator.
*Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to 55 pounds.
*Basic math skills sufficient to complete inventory, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
*Ability to use computer systems and manual procedures for website and order processing.
*Able to work as a team player.
