4K State of WI DPI Licensed Child Care Teacher
MUST HAVE 4K WI DPI TEACHING LICENSEPart time hours of 8:30-11:30 M-F (for 4K program); additional, flexible hours available

- This position works in collaboration with the Racine Unified School District
- This is a part time position but additional hours are available, if interested (you can work up to 40 hours)
- Teacher to student ratio is 1:13 (compared to 1:24 in public entities)
- Consistent, built in support from our center's leadership team
- Each 4K teacher has an Assistant Teacher for additional support

As a Child Care Teacher, you will:
- Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- Candidate MUST HAVE a WI DPI 4K WI Teaching license

Compensation Range: $16.25-$19.85/hrThe range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
