Duties
- Works under general supervision of the Leisure Activities Manager. Accompanies guests during tours.
- Gives detailed explanations and interpretations of tour features from the standpoint of historical development and historical background, introduction, and discussion of facts and features influencing present condition.
- Provides information of historical facts and other characteristics of the tour area and circumstances associated with their origin.
- Serves as sales clerk on a rotating basis. During assigned shift, provides information to guests upon request, i.e., tour schedules, prices, length of tours, etc.
- Sells various accountable and non-accountable tickets, souvenir booklets, etc., and keeps applicable records thereof. Prepares daily activity reports indicating number of passengers of each tour, tickets sold, money collected etc.
