Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with single family production style building
  • Proven management and leadership experience is strongly preferred, will be overseeing 2 office personnel
  • 5+ years of experience in construction
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work while functioning under pressure of problem solving and managing deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bid packages and send to subcontractors for bidding.
  • Work extensively with sales and marketing in determining product selections for projects
  • Source and negotiate prices for materials, supplies, and services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
