Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and high-energy Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) team In this role, you will provide a blend of tactical, strategic, and interpersonal skills to support and manage multi-channel marketing efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders and sales teams to create cohesive and effective marketing strategies to support the growth and expansion of company products and services
  • Prepare project concepts and lead project kick-off calls and other meetings
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments including, but not limited to, Digital Marketing, Creative Services and Research to execute and deliver marketing programs and campaigns
  • Develop marketing content: prepare, edit and proofread draft copy, artwork, and proofs to ensure brand and messaging consistency and accuracy
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing best practices and bring forth new ideas and opportunities based upon strategic organizational objectives
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed or assigned

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing concepts in the areas of digital marketing, print, mailing and social media
  • Presentation skills: comfortable presenting our business and products
  • Software skills: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint; Excel; Word; Outlook; Teams) andGoogle Suite
  • Project management skills and the ability to move a project to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional demeanor, outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively accomplish multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team and contribute to a successful team effort
