CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery of superior customer service by all branch staff
  • Leading team to deepen customer relationships through value-add
    recommendations
  • Driving adoption of digital banking services through education and
    customer interaction
  • Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance of the branch

Requirements for the position include:

  • A bachelors degree in a business-related field (may be waived in
    lieu of experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • A minimum of two years of banking or financial services experience
  • A minimum of one year sales experience
  • The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
