Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the highest safety regulations when driving commercial vehicles.
  • Inspecting the vehicle before and after a journey is necessary to ensure that it runs well.
  • Plan logistics operations and manage delivery logistics to maintain timely shipment arrivals.
  • Ensure that the transportation of goods is carried out safely by conforming to the industry's regulations for cargo security.
  • Keep dispatchers and clients informed at all times to ensure smooth delivery procedures.
  • Make a habit of recording your work hours and vehicle maintenance in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Keep safety at the forefront by adhering to DOT rules and guidelines at all times.
  • The timely reporting of any automotive-related incidents, including accidents, issues with the vehicle, or violations, to the correct authorities, is crucial to maintain safety for all involved parties.
  • Create a loyal customer base by providing exceptional customer service, catering to individual needs, responding swiftly, and offering effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Holding a legitimate and current Class A commercial driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Satisfying DOT physical standards and clearing the drug examination.
  • Staying up-to-date on DOT regulations and safety protocols is essential for keeping drivers and their cargo safe.
  • Time management skills include prioritization, scheduling, and delegation, among others.
  • Ability to move and transfer substantial substances.
  • Remarkable communication skills and unmatched competence in client satisfaction.

  • Being a new commercial driver's license holder, it is important to continuously improve one's driving skills and knowledge to become a more appealing candidate
