We have a client in Nashua looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Clerk to join their team on a Temp-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with collections, will have past experience, and will be a team player. Location: Nashua Hours: 8-5 M-F Pay: 19-22/hr Duration: Temp-hire For immediate consideration, please send resumes to

Responsibilities
  • Initiate daily communication with clients for overdue payments
  • Analyze and investigate account records
  • Ensure the accuracy of aging reports
  • Identify and execute required adjustments to accounts
  • Resolve discrepancies in account statements
  • Dispatch statements to clients with outstanding balances
  • Engage with clients to resolve outstanding matters
  • Offer customer support for inquiries related to payment history
  • Generate and distribute monthly aging reports
  • Organize and file documents post-reporting
  • Act as a backup for processing payments to customer accounts, including checks, money orders, ACH, EFT, and Credit Cards.
