Director, Treasury Opportunity
A dynamic SaaS organization is in search of a Director, Treasury to join its Finance leadership group. In this position, you will collaborate with key players in the Finance division to oversee the Treasury function, inclusive of cash management, forecasting, banking operations, credit compliance reporting, insurance, and related activities. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Director, Treasury will gain exposure to top-level management and the chance to make a positive impact during a pivotal moment for the company.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outstanding analytical abilities, and interpersonal and leadership qualities necessary to mobilize cross-functional resources towards achieving set goals.
Your Profile for Success
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement efficient policies and procedures to maintain adequate control over treasury operations.
- Supervise funding requirements and cash transactions across all legal entities.
- Administer the company's cash management systems.
- Maintain effective communication with domestic and global banking partners regarding daily treasury requirements.
- Act as an authorized signatory on bank accounts and company entities, as necessary.
- Lead a team in creating cash flow forecasts and models to optimize liquidity, borrowing needs, strategic decisions, and investments.
- Implement a framework to collaborate with stakeholders, shared services, and FP&A to enhance working capital efficiency.
- Develop appropriate treasury reporting dashboards for various stakeholders and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure availability of funds to meet ongoing operational and capital investment needs.
- Supervise daily cash management activities including liquidity management, cash position reconciliation, and bank reporting.
- Provide insights to management on the liquidity implications of short- and long-term planning.
- Oversee the company's debt compliance and reporting procedures.
- Manage corporate credit cards and bank account access/authorization processes.
- Invest surplus cash within investment guidelines to maximize interest income.
- Analyze, design, monitor, and mitigate exposure to foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
- Lead the identification of risks and the development of elaborate mitigation strategies.
- Engage in special projects and requests as needed.

- Over 10 years of corporate treasury experience, with global exposure being advantageous
- Preferred designation as a Certified Treasury Professional
- Oversee all relationships with financial institutions supporting the company's cash management operations
- Develop and generate cash forecasts
- Experience in leading a motivated team and providing feedback for career development
- Strong analytical, financial, and system capabilities
- Hands-on expertise in cash flow projection
- Manage all cash management functions, including cash concentration, wire transfers, and account funding
- Supervise relationships with cash management banks and financial institutions, negotiating fees and services
- Prepare and deliver weekly company-wide cash flow report to senior management
- Experience in multinational and/or private equity-influenced environments is preferred
- Create a reporting package for the executive team and Board of Directors regarding company liquidity and key cash management operational metrics
- Responsible for liquidity management across all entities
