Required Skills & Experience

  • Provides hands on leadership to support digital products, initiatives, or a functional area within the Digital environment.
  • Able to lead development and execution of highly complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant line of business, and may have impact across the Enterprise.
  • Working knowledge and prior execution as a PO or SM agile team member with background in Scrum / Kanban (in scaled agile environment preferred)
  • Proficient with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, dashboard creation, KPI development
  • Proficient in SQL writing, DB analytics, previous exposure working with data movement and data at rest.
  • Advanced understanding of what data monitoring is and why its important
  • Current on industry trends to support automation solutions using ML/AI
  • Outside the box thinker
