Scheduler (Guam)

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA, also with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa. The company offers program management and facilities engineering services globally to various US government departments such as the Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service branches (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps).

The Scheduler position involves creating construction schedules and monitoring project progress at Andersen Air Force Base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in project controls, scheduling, earned value management, and construction activity tracking.
• Support scheduling during planning, analysis, and project development.
• Review and adjust project schedules as necessary.
• Coordinate contractor schedules with the team and stakeholders.
• Update monthly construction schedules with progress analysis.
• Merge subprojects into a master schedule.
• Maintain program and project-level CPM.
• Monitor and report program milestones and interdependencies.
• Identify critical paths and suggest solutions.
• Analyze and report on contractor schedules.
• Perform other relevant responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Preference for a licensed Engineer (any discipline).
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills required.
• Minimum five years of experience in engineering and construction scheduling.
• Security clearance is highly desirable.
• Experience in Government building construction.
• Ability to analyze construction schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be a lawful resident of the United States.
