Amergis is a leading healthcare staffing company seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a telemetry unit, demonstrating clinical judgment, critical thinking, and professionalism throughout their work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on telemetry unit
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Monitor EKG output and keep doctors informed of any changes
  • Record vital signs, including oxygen levels, blood pressure, and breathing patterns
Minimum Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices
  • One year experience in Telemetry preferred
  • Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Participation and completion of Amergis' Competency program when applicable
  • Current CPR certification if applicable
