Review material support requests, fulfill purchase requests, submit and process purchase order requests via authorized/suitable sources, and manage supply stock control.

Manage on hand stock levels and analyze requirements to determine restock levels required to support the operations, projects, and programs.

Determine sources of supply for the requisition of good and services. Ensure purchases comply with all pertinent operating procedures.
Ensure requests for purchase requests are submitted for validation and that funds are approved prior to purchase. Annotate all shipping and handling charges and make payment utilizing the GPC (or other authorized procurement options).

Perform monthly credit card reconciliation with issuing bank, organization official, and automated logistics management systems in accordance with established administrative, acquisition, logistics, and financial management policies and procedures.

Reconcile vendor invoices with automated systems, and make changes to ensure proper payment is made IAW the Prompt Payment Act.

Responsible for contacting vendors to discuss billing errors or discrepancies, taking expedient appropriate action to rectify errors.
Process and execute equipment packages for the issue of equipment, supplies and services. Review service/material requests for completeness and compliance with existing regulations and policies.
Prepare and organize information for recurring and special reports. Review statistical data for utilization trends.
Prepare and organize information for various logistics/budget reports. Select appropriate sources from which to obtain information. Develop lists of supply sources for items.
Coordinate and arrange for the delivery of items that can be supplied from inventory.

Initiate follow-up action on procurement requests that are grossly delayed or to expedite the purchase and delivery of equipment, parts and materials in support of key mission projects.

May serve as an alternate/temporary property book primary hand receipt holder for the Fort Huachuca Campus as required.
Serve as Safety and Occupational Health Manager for the organization.
