Janitor positions in NY Area- Start this week

Job Description:

Will be responsible only for the property they are hired for.

Vehicles/drivers licenses are not required.

Exterior cleaning of property.

Handling/disposing of trash and loose garbage.

Checking in and communicating with tenants on-site during inspections.

Cleaning by mopping, sweeping, dusting and moving things around.
