Position Overview

Faithful Home Care Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified HHA with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our dedicated caregiving team. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with activities of daily living.Assist in meal preparation.Collaborate with the Caregiver Supervisor to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.Help the client maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the house.Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the agency.Provides companionship to the client.Perform all other tasks as needed by the client.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/HHA with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceValid CPR and First Aid certificationA valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance are requiredPhysical and PPD RequiredBackground Checks shall be performedCOVID Vaccination CardAbility to work independently and as part of a caregiving teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA Hoyer lift experience is requiredPreferably female CNA or HHA

Day/Overnight ShiftEvery other Tuesday 7 pm-7 am Thursday 7 am-7 pm Friday 7 am-7 pm

Compensation

Hourly rate TBD based on experience and qualifications
