Career Opportunity – BIM Coordinator with CoorFab Services in Cincinnati, OHDo you thrive on critical thinking and innovative 3D digital design?As the BIM Coordinator with CoorFab Services, you will work with various internal and external stakeholders to generate 3D models and construction drawings that will resolve conflicts (clash detection) among the various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems in a given project.If you have a background in architecture, construction management, or mechanical engineering and have experience with 3D digital modelling and you have a desire to do more with your career we will train you to become a BIM CoordinatorBachelor's degree in architectural engineering, construction management, mechanical engineering, or equivalent, preferred2-3 years working as a BIM Coordinator, Project Engineer, Project Designer or in VDC, preferred, but not requiredCoorFab solves puzzles to fit the mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, and plumbing systems needed to run the buildings you live and work in every day.From hospitals and laboratories to universities and offices, a detailed Revit-based process must be managed while incorporating key players from across the construction cycle (architects, engineers, building owners, mechanical contractors, construction management, and field installation crews).
