The ITManager HCM provides the project resources and project management to implement software application/system requirements of prioritized business and IT projects for business functional areas.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Deliver operational excellence by planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of Daikin Applied's IT functions pertaining to business functional areas.
  • Support business activity by providing project resources and project management to implement the requirements of prioritized business and IT projects.
  • Build and develop a high performing team that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation and support of Business functional areas.
  • In conjunction with the IT leadership, design and implement short-term strategic plans to ensure IT functions for business functional areas meets existing and future requirements.
  • Participate in the development of overall IT strategies in collaboration with IT Leadership.

What you will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (Computer Science or related)
  • 5 years related experience
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
