We are seeking a motivated and curious Data Analyst Intern to join our growing team at Pulmonx. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in all stages of the data analysis lifecycle in the Commercial Operations team, from data cleaning and manipulation to analysis and visualization. You will work alongside experienced data analysts, learning the tools and techniques used to extract meaningful insights from data.

This role will work on-site at our office in Redwood City, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist data analysts with data collection, cleaning, and preparation tasks.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Create data visualizations such as charts and graphs to communicate insights effectively.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of data analysis tools and reports.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) a plus.
  • Familiarity with a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Compensation: $20-$30 hour DOE
