Helsi, LLC is an Apparel Manufacturer that is currently located in Pomona, CA. We are planning to move locations in the near future.

The business was founded in 2021 and we currently sell to high end retailers and on our own ecommerce site.

Our company consists of a small team of dedicated multi-tasking employees that are focused on growing our business. We are seeking a freelance accountant to join our team.
Duties
We are seeking a skilled Freelance Bookkeeper.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and process payments, and expense reports
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare financial statements and reports for management
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with GAAP
Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

Skills:
Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations
Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Understanding of journal entries, debits, and credits
Proficiency in using Quicken or other financial software
Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Previous experience as a bookkeeping clerk or similar role in the Apparel Industry
