This role is based in various locations across the Hilo side of Hawaii island.

ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking candidates for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will immerse yourself in our operations right from day one, stationed at one of our local branches. Your responsibilities will include representing Enterprise to customers and partners, as well as mastering the operational aspects behind the scenes. Through our structured program, you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually lead your own branch, foster new business relationships, and nurture your team.
In our hands-on educational setting, you will receive the necessary guidance, mentorship, and support to thrive. You will have the chance to engage with the community and establish vital connections to grow your business.
You will be trained in delivering exceptional customer service, honing your sales and marketing skills, gaining insights into finance and operations, and understanding the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction. Qualifications- Must possess a Bachelor's degree OR be on track to graduate within the next three months.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Must maintain a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- No history of drug or alcohol-related offenses in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship by our company, both presently and in the future.
