Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Partner with affluent clients to identify financial goals and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Communicate complex financial solutions effectively and build lasting client relationships.
  • Obtain all necessary licenses within 120 days of starting.

Educational Requirements

  • Preferred: University Degree

Work Experience

  • Required: 5+ years in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience.
  • Required: 5+ years building relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience.

FINRA Registrations

  • SRC Indicator: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66

Licenses and Certifications

  • Required: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers
  • Preferred: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • If not certified, TIAA supports obtaining CFP or CFA with a base salary increase upon completion.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $44.23/hr. - $52.88/hr.

Advisors can engage in a competitive variable compensation package with significant potential for growth.

Actual salary may vary based on experience, performance, sector, and location, in addition to participation in incentive programs linked to performance.
