PRIMARY PURPOSE:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Masonry Superintendent. This role involves coordinating construction activities, managing manpower, budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in construction, particularly in Masonry projects, and be open to traveling to different sites within a 2-hour radius.

ROUTINE DUTIES:

• Develop and update a weekly construction schedule.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, subcontractors, and customers.
• Manage construction tasks according to priorities.
• Supervise daily crew assignments.
• Coordinate activities on job sites and ensure timely completion of reports.
• Collaborate with the preconstruction team to achieve company goals.
• Review project bids to align with company services.
• Conduct site reviews before and during construction.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Allocate responsibilities and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct morning Stretch and Flex sessions.
• Provide necessary training including OSHA certifications, First Aid, and scaffolding safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Masonry construction.
• Valid Ohio drivers license.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and managing crews.
• Comfortable with iPad technology.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
