VOTRE MISSION
RECO est une entité innovante spécialisée
dans la collecte de bouteilles plastiques. Au sein de notre filiale vous avez pour mission de développer
les ventes de services de mise en place de kiosques incitatifs de collectes de
bouteilles plastiques et cannettes à destination de la grande distribution et
de tout autre secteur privé pertinent.
En tant qu'assistant administratif et commercial (F/H) en alternance, vous agissez en véritable ambassadeur de l'offre
RECO, dans ce cadre vos principales
missions seront :
Suivi de remplissage de nos kiosques :
Commande auprès de nos sociétés de transport de prestation de vidage
Enregistrement et suivi des stocks
Suivi et vente de la matière
Commande auprès de notre transporteur
Suivi du stock dans nos Centres de Tri
Réalisation de tâches administratives diverses :
Enregistrement de commandes, Rapprochement de factures,
Réalisation des reportings hebdomadaire et mensuels
Participation au Service Après-Vente auprès de nos clients :
Réponses aux appels de nos clients sur la ligne dédiée,
Commande des demandes d'interventions auprès de nos prestataires,
Suivi de la réalisation de ces interventions.
Communication auprès de nos clients et utilisateurs :
Réalisation et envoi de rapports mensuels à nos clients,
Réponses quotidiennes aux questions de nos clients et utilisateurs envoyées sur notre site Web et notre page Facebook,
Organisation des prestations d'animation sur les magasins : conception et commande des flyers, organisation de l'animation avec notre prestataire,
Mise à jour des informations sur le site web et les présentations clients : parc de kiosques, chiffres clefs, etc.
Mise à jour du suivi de notre veille concurrentielle
Communication digitale:
Publication "actualité" sur différents sites
Suivi actualité de nos concurrents sur le web
Suivi avec le chef de projet des améliorations du site internet
Dans un souci d'amélioration continue, vous participerez à divers projets d'amélioration ponctuels relatifs à vos missions récurrente (support de communication à adapter, optimisation d'outils existants, recherche de nouveaux prestataires ...).
VOTRE PROFIL
Vous etes issu.e d'une formation supérieure de niveau bac +2 à 5 idéalement au sein d'un cursus ingénieur ou commercial.
Vous souhaitez
rejoindre une structure dynamique, en pleine essor, proposant une solution de
service de recyclage innovante.
Vous maîtrisez les techniques
commerciales et l'utilisation des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word).
Autonome, , doté.e d'un
très bon relationnel client, vous savez organiser votre activité.
Une 1ère expérience dans la gestion administrative et/ou dans la relation clientèle est un plus.
Alternance de 12 à 24 mois à pourvoir à Paris La Défense.
