Qualifications:

Product Building Background: 2 years of experience in building brands and products from inception. Experience in the feminine and sexual wellness hygiene space a plus
Open to hearing from ambitious college graduates. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership with 2 years of previous lead/supervisory. Industry Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of product development. If that happens to be in the feminine sexual wellness and hygiene sector that's a huge plus. knowledge including technology, trends, and consumer needs.Organizational Skills: Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute projects, ensuring timely completion and optimal efficiency.Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and leadership skills, able to effectively liaise with internal team, external partners, and shareholders. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to analyze technical information and prepare work plans. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and founders to develop and maintain product development schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of product development, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.Brand Representation: Represent the company with high moral standards, adhering to ethical business practices and promoting a positive brand image.Innovation and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.Budget Administration: Budget and administer product development overhead accounts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.Continuous Improvement: Analyze procedures and equipment needs to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Compliance and Certification: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications, tracking and maintaining necessary credentials for product development activities. Benefits: Competitive Salary: Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.First year remote position.
