Job Description
  • Performs a variety of complex administrative support duties for one or more supervisors, managers, individual contributors, or organizational unit.
  • Acts as an information source on organizational policies and procedures; participate in planning of functions; administer organizational correspondence control and provides assistance to department members.
  • Coordinates and tracks activities/projects that relates to the Bargaining unit contract (Attendance, Vacations etc.).
  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
  • Compiles reviews and analyzes data.
  • Uses software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
  • Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
  • Able to work well with Supervisors, Managers and shop employees.
  • Coordinate and work with Human Resources pertaining Bargaining Unit employees.
  • Works closely with Labor accounting and timekeeping personnel.
  • Order and Reconcile P-card transactions.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years relevant experience or Associate's degree plus 0 years experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced level proficiency with word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, database, email, and calendar software.
  • Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources into correspondence or presentation materials or reports.
  • Ability to use independent judgment to resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Ability to perform analysis, generate reports, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $67000

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
