\*Practice focus is purely on awake liposuction and fat transfer procedures with a special emphasis on breast augmentation and BBL.

\*They are seeking talented plastic surgeons to join the Los Angeles practice as well as upcoming offices in Miami.

\*Compensation at this practice opportunity is robust. Currently their surgeons working 3 days per week are earning 1 million per year.
\*But beyond that, and most importantly, this practice believes that your success is primary, and will be supportive partners to ensure that your career continues to grow and flourish over time.
Per client:
The surgeons earn commission off of the procedures that they perform.
We limit our surgeons to two full procedures per day (with an occasional small third case) so that they can focus on quality and producing a result that we feel proud to attach our name to.
A surgeon that is consistently performing surgery with us two days per week and two cases a day will earn approximately $700k+ annually and a surgeon working with us three days per week consistently throughout the year doing two full cases per day would be looking at an annual comp over $1M.
