Pickleball Attendant

Position Summary

The Pickleball Attendant supports the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Pickleball Department. Responsibilities include managing court reservations, guiding members on Pickleball offerings, lessons, and gear, and delivering top-notch customer service to foster customer loyalty.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting members with court bookings in a courteous and professional manner
• Providing information on Pickleball services, programs, and equipment to help members select the most suitable options
• Cultivating and maintaining individualized connections with members
• Contributing to the upkeep of Pickleball facilities and gear to ensure they are clean, orderly, and operational
• Promoting various Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensuring accurate and efficient daily billing and performing cash register reconciliation at the end of shifts

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• CPR and AED Certification within the initial 30 days of employment
• At least 1 year of prior customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in using computers

Pay
This role offers an hourly wage starting at $15.00 and going up to $18.75, dependent on expertise and qualifications.
