Summary

This position is located at the Fort Peck Service Unit in Poplar, MT within the Property & Supply Department. The incumbent reports to the the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or designee.

Duties
  • Responsible for procurement of supplies, services and construction.
  • Negotiates terms of purchase orders including analyzing pricing proposal and prepares purchase orders.
  • Reconcile errors with vendors and program the full gamut of contract administrative function that are associated with small purchase acquisition.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to staff which include follow ups and monitoring progress of corrective actions.
